Pear Brandy Kami Kazi

• Ice
• 2 ounces pear eau-de-vie
• 1 ounce triple sec
• 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Simple Syrup
• 1 lime wheel

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all of the ingredients except the lime wheel and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the lime wheel.
