Butterscotch Pull Apart Recipe
- 25 ounce Frzn Roll Dough thawed till pliable
- 3 ounce butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 c. brown sugar divided
- 1/4 c. walnuts minced
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 c. reduced fat margarine melted
- Prepare a 12-c. fluted pan with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle half c. brown sugar on bottom of pan, top with walnuts; set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine dry pudding mix, remaining brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Dip each roll in melted margarine, then roll in butterscotch mix.
- Arrange rolls on top of nut mix in pan.
- The pan should be filled at least half way with dough.
- Let rise in hot place till almost doubled in size, 1 hour.
- The dough should rise to just under top of rim of pan.
- Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 35 min.
- Immediately turn over and out of pan onto wire rack to cold completely.
- NOTES : The Frzn Roll Dough can be found in the frzn food section of your supermarket.
- Or possibly, you can use 1 1/2 pounds of Frzn Bread Dough - just follow the directions below except cut the dough into 24 pcs.
