Chocolate Amaretto Truffles

  1. Melt broken chocolate; remove from heat.
  2. Stir in Amaretto.
  3. Add butter, a tablespoon at a time, beating with a wire whip until smooth and creamy.
  4. Chill 5 to 10 minutes to firm mixture.
  5. Drop by teaspoon and roll into nuts.
  6. Keep truffles refrigerated until ready to serve.
